Compare your options - price & quality

When you order your kilt, in addition to deciding on the pleating style, you also have many options as to the source of the fabric.  To make comparison simpler, I have outlined the major differences below.

Regardless of which option you choose for your kilt, you can be guaranteed that it will be made from 100% New wool, heavy kilting weight, and woven in Scotland.  I believe the first step towards making a quality kilt is to begin with quality fabric, which is why I offer my clients a choice of cloth from Scotland's finest weavers of tartan.

TARTAN RANGES
Each woolen mill has a different range of stock tartans for each category.  You can view a listing of what tartans are available in each category on the order page.  If you would like to view the tartan before you purchase your kilt, please email me.  I can generally email a photo of that tartan fairly quickly.  I can also request a sample cutting from the woolen mill, though it may take a few weeks to arrive.
